Using Dwelvo
You're responsible for the content you add and for the people you invite to your household. Don't upload anything unlawful or that isn't yours to share.
Availability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copy of anything important, export is available in Settings.
Free plan & Plus
The free plan holds up to 20 open tasks and decisions at once, finish or upgrade to add more. Plus removes that limit. The price you pay is always shown before you pay.
Plus is sold in two ways:
- Yearly, £16.99/year. A subscription that renews automatically each year until you cancel.
- Lifetime, £39.99. A single payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Subscriptions renew at the same price until you cancel.
Cancelling a subscription
Email hello@dwelvo.app from the address on your account and tell us you want to cancel. We will confirm by reply. Your Plus features stay on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your household moves back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted when that happens.
Your 14-day right to change your mind
Because you buy Plus online without meeting us, you normally have 14 days from the day you buy to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. How that works depends on which of the two things above you bought.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions. You keep the 14-day right. If you cancel within 14 days, tell us using the form below or any clear statement by email. We will refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the days you had access before you told us. If you had no access at all, you get everything back.
Lifetime. This is a one-off purchase of digital content, and you get it immediately. Before you pay we ask you to agree that we can start straight away and to acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day right to cancel for that purchase. If you agree, you cannot then change your mind under the 14-day right. We record the date and time you agreed. If you would rather keep the 14-day right, choose a monthly or yearly subscription instead.
Outside the 14 days. Ask us anyway. If you are unhappy with Plus, email hello@dwelvo.app and we will refund your most recent payment, no reason needed. We would rather put it right than have you out of pocket over software you did not get on with.
None of this affects your separate legal rights if something we sold you is faulty or not as described.
Model cancellation form
You do not have to use this form, but you can. Send it to hello@dwelvo.app.
To Dwelvo, hello@dwelvo.app: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following service: [monthly Plus / yearly Plus]. Ordered on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Email address on the account: [your email]. Date: [date].
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data beyond what a reasonable backup would have prevented. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (nil if you're on the free plan). We're not responsible for third-party products, contractors, or tradespeople you find or contact through links or decisions in the app, you're responsible for vetting and hiring them yourself. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be excluded by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
